The Culture Is Couture Expo is back in Richmond, VA on Sunday, November 8, 2026 at Main Street Station! The Art Seen and Mostly Sugar are partnering together to bring a one-of-a-kind event that celebrates Black culture, fashion, music, art and entrepreneurship. We are looking for businesses, brands, artists, artisans and organizations that are shaping culture and pushing our community forward.

• Colleges, nonprofits & community organizations

• Food & beverage vendors (approved vendors only)
