This collection of works is an extension of myself as an artist. As a sports enthusiast, I am drawn to images of athletes who have made an impact that transcends sports. I wanted to focus on paying homage to the Negro League and the dreams they inspired in the hearts of young Black Boys.
 
As an artist, I'm attracted to images of black people and the beauty they exude. In my art I hope to celebrate their strength as well as vulnerability.
